Course 2.1 – Introduction to Principles, Procedures, and Methods in Commercial Property Appraising (30 hours QE/26 hours CE) – This AQB-approved course covers topics such as valuation procedures, property descriptions, income approach, value principles, reconciliation, site valuation, cost approach, finance and cash equivalency, statistics, and real estate finance. Lunches and materials included.
Note - if taken for CE, students will be finished at lunchtime on Saturday.
